A study (by the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University and published in the BMJ Open) found that average outcomes for completers of a mindfulness course show participants enjoying reductions of 58% in anxiety (GAD-7), 40% in stress (PSS) and 57% in depression (PHQ-9). These reductions were found at a one month follow-up after course completion, which revealed a further drop in levels of stress, anxiety and depression from course completion.
